Pernell B. Agdeppa, Esq. is the Executive Director, Real Estate Legal for the Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. He leads a Team of real estate attorneys and paralegals in the strategic execution of complex real estate transactions that year-over-year completes more than half of Panda’s annual real estate volume. This includes the acquisition, development, and leasing of new company sites and locations on behalf of our development affiliate that, among other things, acquires, operates, and manages Class A multifamily, office, and hotel assets. Pernell trains new real estate attorneys to develop the “mindset” and “skillset” to draft and negotiate high-quality agreements.
