National Real Estate Tenants Association President Debbie Ravel looks forward, applauds Conference 2022 attendees

Give up? Give in? No way!

NRTA PRESIDENT DEBBIE RAVEL welcomed the 2022 Expanding Knowledge Conference participants gathered in Phoenix with well-deserved praise. “Here you are, in person,” she said. “Not talking heads in individual boxes on a video conference screen.”

In person. Together. A Community.

“Rather than give up after the last few challenging years,” she told the enthusiastic crowd, “You CHOSE to surround yourself with some of the best minds and talent in the real estate lease management field. You CHOSE to move forward; to take control of your career and future.”

“And you deserve a round of applause!”

Recharged AND Ready AND Moving: No time to stand still…

… and no time for complacency. “The need for agility, flexibility, and the capacity to adapt quickly to change has likely never been greater than it is right now,” said Ravel. “Who could have predicted such a transformation would be precipitated by the pandemic? Changes to every sector of the real estate industry?”

    • Working from home.
    • Countless layoffs.
    • Multiplying retirements.
    • Store closings.
    • Soaring demand for warehousing, efficiency.
    • Skyrocketing need for education.
    • Surprising opportunities for new partnerships, friendships.

“Our NRTA Community gathered in September to learn, network, and be together,” Ravel said. “We recharged. We achieved. We are ready. And we’ll see you in Fort Lauderdale!”
