National Real Estate Tenants’ groundbreaking program is a game changer for the entire real estate lease management industry.
“Our New CCLA Certificate Program consists of 36 live classes designed to explore the strategic, technical, and tactical elements of the Real Estate Lease Management Industry,” says NRTA Executive Director Lisa Krizek.
“Candidates are encouraged to register now — classes begin mid-April.”
New Educational Development Program is happening NOW
FIRST UNVEILED AT NRTA’s 2022 National Conference in Phoenix, NRTA Leadership has finalized faculty appointments and will launch the program’s first semester next month.
“This new educational development program is for office, retail, and industrial occupiers. Accountability is built in from the ground up,” said Debbie Ravel, NRTA President. “Graduates must demonstrate a high degree of proficiency of knowledge and skills to earn this certification. Successful completion of mid-term and final examinations is a program requirement.”
The NRTA Commercial Lease Administrator Certificate Program’s key areas of concentration and study include:
- Lease Administration: (key definitions and segments)
- Lease Abstracting
- System proficiency
- Budget and Accounting
Each live 90-minute class features an industry proven guest lecturer.
