Cynthia Headman is Senior Manager of Lease Administration for Burlington Stores and has over 30 years of retail real estate / lease administration experience. She is responsible for rent administration and lease compliance, landlord communication regarding lease issues and disaster recovery. Cindy successfully manages a team of lease auditors, property management and lease administration specialists who drive results, minimizing rent and tax expenses.
Cindy is an active contributor and member of the NRTA Curriculum Committee. She is a long standing NRTA member, and NRTA ambassador to the real estate lease administration community.
