Executive Search Committee selects Lisa Krizek to lead NRTA
Following a nearly year-long search, NRTA is thrilled to announce that Lisa Krizek will be the next Executive Director of our non-profit association! A former President of NRTA (2014-2021), Lisa brings a wealth of experience and skills to her newest leadership post. Her career spans nearly 36 years and includes numerous strategic positions both in retail and in the private business sector.
Lisa has held Vice President level positions in real estate transaction management, lease negotiations and team management. Her skills include real estate portfolio management and asset management, as well as financial and analytical strategic thinking—all focusing on the bottom-line. She began her training and leadership succession this month, and will take over fully from current NRTA Executive Director, co-founder Paul Kinney, in September.
Paul is retiring after 17 years.
“I am truly excited to continue working with NRTA in this leadership role.” Lisa said. “The sustainability of our training and educational programs is absolutely critical to the success of our valued members.”
Kathy Powers-Middlecoop, Chair of the NRTA Search Committee that selected Lisa for the position, believes hiring Lisa is a natural next step for the association. “Lisa’s experience and education will be a great asset to our organization and will enable us to build off the great momentum Paul Kinney has already put in place.”
Lisa lives in New York.
Please join us in welcoming Lisa to NRTA!
