NRTA and MRI Real Estate Software are proud to present an eight-session education series designed to take the mystery out of AI and show what it actually looks like when it works for real estate professionals. This series focuses on practical, realistic applications of AI that support everyday work, reduce manual effort, and help teams make better use of their time and information without losing control of decision-making.

The series begins with two foundational sessions that ground AI in real-world use. Session one, AI Fundamentals: Making AI Useful at Work, helps attendees understand AI in clear, non-technical terms and see where it naturally fits into daily workflows. Session two, Lease Abstraction and Beyond: Practical AI for Real Estate Teams, builds on that foundation by showing how AI supports lease abstraction and extends into document review, data preparation, and information retrieval across real estate operations.

The remaining six sessions will be announced soon and will continue to build on these concepts, exploring additional ways AI can support real estate teams across roles and responsibilities. Together, this series is designed to build confidence, replace confusion with clarity, and help attendees see AI not as another system to manage, but as a practical teammate that makes work easier and more efficient.
