AS WE EMBARK on another holiday season, we want to recognize and thank you, our NRTA tenant members and affiliates, for your support during this pandemic. For more than 25 years, your patronage has allowed NRTA to become the leading source of specialized education for commercial real estate tenants.
With the new year approaching, let’s take a moment to highlight NRTA’s ongoing transformation—all with one goal in mind—to financially survive the pandemic and continue to support commercial real estate tenants.
When COVID entered our world in March of 2020, NRTA quickly recognized the importance of assisting our membership with navigating the metamorphosis occurring in the real estate industry. The “normal” existing business model for both tenants and landlords seemed to have transformed overnight. Time was of the essence, and the NRTA team quickly went to work. From COVID-related webinars to our robust on-line Classroom Live Series, NRTA changed with the times and reinvented the way it delivers relevant, timely education to real estate tenants.
As members, you have experienced the unique and invaluable tenant-based services provided by NRTA. From continuing education, peer to peer collaboration, and introduction to the benefits and opportunities of engaging the services offered by our affiliate members, NRTA is enthusiastically focused on building an even broader, revitalized tenant community than ever before.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to attend our 2022 Annual Conference, scheduled for September 11-14, 2022 at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, Arizona. NRTA’s team is energized and at work developing a new, extensive course offering for our tenant members.
Additionally, take advantage of renewing your membership early, before NRTA’s January 2022 membership fee increase. Remember, your membership entitles you to a discounted rate for the 2022 Conference Registration.
From our NRTA family to yours, have a Wonderful Holiday Season and Be Well!
Ever Upward,
Debbie Ravel
