She is the founder of the Property Works lease administration division and played a crucial role in its growth from managing 1,800 leases to over 40,000 leases. Her visionary leadership and the development of the company’s proprietary lease management software streamlined processes and improved efficiency for clients, earning her a reputation as an innovator in the industry. Kim has been an active member of the National Real Estate Tenants Association (NRTA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1998. Through her involvement in these organizations, she has built a strong network of industry professionals and has stayed up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the commercial real estate industry. Kim’s dedication to continuing education and professional development has contributed to her ongoing success as a leader in the field. Kim holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University. She began her career at the Walt Disney Company and then with a regional real estate developer before joining Property Works in 1997.
