Presenter: Michelle Johnson
With close to two decades of experience in accounting, Michelle Johnson has worked for multiple large public corporations, where she was responsible for leading financial reporting teams, managing intricate accounting issues, and enhancing operational efficiency. Presently, she is a Director of Product Management at MRI Software. Michelle is enthusiastic about working with others to achieve optimal solutions and generating mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
Presenter: Connor Rundall
MRI Software’s Solutions Architect Connor Rundall has 7 years’ experience in Lease Administration; the last 3 years in Solutions Architecture. Connor knows performing lease audits can present unique challenges due to the complexity of lease agreements and the need for accurate financial reporting. He is ready to tackle this topic.

Presenter: Emily Coninx
Emily Coninx has over 15 years of experience in lease administration. In her current role, she is the Sr. Director of Lease Administration and oversees the delivery teams for all of MRI’s Occupier products. Her focus is on quality and consistency in the lease administration process for clients, including set-up, training, reporting, and auditing oversight.
Presenter: Nicholas Frank
Nicholas Frank is the Senior Director of Occupier Growth at MRI Software, a leading provider of lease management and workplace solutions. He has been with the company since 2013 and frequently speaks on workplace experience. Outside of MRI, Nicholas is an advisory board member for The University of Akron’s Institute for Global Business and previously hosted the Real Estate focused podcast “Building Success,” a program devoted to news, issues and trends affecting real estate owners, operators, occupiers, and investors.
