We recognize that in the absence of NRTA’s National Conference—typically attended by over 400+ lease administration professionals each year—many tenant-based organizations have lost the ability to provide hands on staff training for critical staff development. Enter NRTA Classroom – Live!
Our knowledgeable curriculum team is currently putting the finishing touches on a series of vital classroom workshops that will feature LIVE discussion and face-to face audience interaction. The initial rollout will include three education presentations: Basic CAM Lease Language, and Basic Desk Top Auditing Part I and Part II. The courses are designed to help new auditors develop the skills and confidence needed to perform CAM reconciliation and desktop audits, ultimately improving both the process and return on investment of the lease audit program.
