Our clients include restaurant, franchise, retail and other multi-unit operators with locations across the United States.
Our approach combines detailed lease analysis with practical, results-oriented execution. We work directly with clients and landlords to identify billing errors, recover overcharges and improve the ongoing administration of lease obligations. As the business continues to grow, we are expanding our senior audit capabilities to support a larger portfolio of lease reviews and client engagements.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lease Auditor to join our team on a flexible, part-time independent contractor basis. This is a fully remote, deadline-driven role with the ability to work on your own schedule.
Responsibilities
• Review commercial leases and annual CAM, tax and insurance reconciliations.
• Identify landlord overcharges and other lease compliance issues.
• Analyze CAM calculations, exclusions, caps, gross-ups, pro-rata share and other recovery provisions.
• Prepare clear, well-supported audit findings.
• Communicate with landlords/property managers to resolve audit findings when needed.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of commercial lease audit, lease compliance or directly relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of CAM/operating expense reconciliations and commercial lease interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify overcharges and support audit findings.
• Strong Excel, analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet agreed-upon deadlines.
