Conference Keynoter Courtney Clark shares her recent article about HOBO (Holding Out for a Better Offer) with the NRTA Family
A FRIEND OF THE NRTA and also the 2025 Conference Keynote Speaker, Courtney Clark agreed to share her recent article with the National Real Estate Tenants Association community.
Courtney has seen a lot of groups she works with “fall victim to HOBO when they get paralyzed by wanting an obvious ‘right decision,’ especially in changing and uncertain situations. Refusing to move forward until there’s a single clear answer.”
And usually, she adds, “that means they don’t move forward at all.”
HOBO can keep teams and individuals from making moves and being successful.
“Don’t let an analysis paralysis and holding out for a better offer keep your team from moving forward,” writes Courtney.
