National Real Estate Tenants Association expands services, appeal in 2024, welcomes new members

NRTA has expanded its benefits far beyond its historical core of retail members. Today’s membership includes other types of tenants representing many diverse business sectors such as medical, daycare, professional services, and more. We have also opened up partnerships with complementary organizations that share best practices across all our disciplines.

Heritage Grocers Group is a leading “Hispanic-focused Grocer Group.” Primary brands are Cardenas Market, El Rancho Supermercado, and Tony’s Fresh Market. Heritage Grocers’ fourth Brand, Los Altos Ranch Market, is a traditional Hispanic grocery chain in Arizona, managed by Cardenas Markets. The company’s growing family features stores in 6 states: Texas, California, Illinois, Florida and New Mexico.
NRTA member The Aspen Group has been a dental services leader for over 20 years. Headquartered in Chicago, the company website currently reports over 900 Aspen Dental locations across the country. In addition to Aspen Dental, expanded services brands include Chapter Aesthetic Studio (Med Spa Treatment); Wellnow Urgent Care; Clearchoice Dental Implant Centers; and AZPetVet.
We also welcome new member Ralph Lauren Corporation to NRTA. The iconic clothing company has been an industry leader for 55+ years. According to the narrative chronicled on their website, Ralph Lauren “all started with a tie” in 1967. Fifty-seven years later, Ralph Lauren (NYSE: RL) has “unveiled Team USA’s Opening and Closing Ceremony Parade uniforms for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024.”
